What is pre-selling online?
PREselling is a concept "invented" by SiteSell, part of the C T
P
M process. The concept is simple. As small business people, you do not have a brand name that is known and trusted. So you have to build that before you can monetize. Seems obvious, right? So few people do it, or they don't do it right, online.

What is Duplication?
Duplication - This was one of the key features that got my attention when I saw an MLM plan the very first time several years ago... It made since. Follow a proven, simple system and then duplicate it over and over again.
My Question today is this...are we still duplicatable? I personally feel many programs are not. There have been so many new programs or re-invented pay plans come into the direct sales industry over the past 15 years people are more confused now than ever. What are you to believe?
Affiliate marketing - I believe in it because it's very cool but also very time consuming. Your not gonna make big money fast. It will trickle in and over time the dollars will increase but, you have to be very diligent in staying up with all the latest gadgets and apps available for online marketing. I follow a couple marketers regularly and at least weekly they are promoting another new web site for more traffic or more opportunities for branding yourself. Now don't get me wrong...both are very important but, on a limited time schedule due to a full time job and family obligations how is a newbie or even somebody who has been around for awhile supposed to keep up?
Apparently the answer is to invest more money into the upgraded features of all these "tools" and the sites and apps will do more work for you than what you can do on the FREE versions? I'm OK with that to a point. You have to invest in yourself and your business if your going to truly be in business! However, don't nickle and dime me to death!
You want to know how to keep a down line growing? Do you really want to see your business explode??? Can you handle it if it does? OK, here is the secret that you may or may not be getting from your "Up Line" mentor / guru....Work in a simple system that produces a profit quickly and then DUPLICATE it over and over again. Don't let yourself get pulled in twenty different directions with the latest and greatest online or even off line new gadget or tool!
When you can get your "down line" into a a quick profit (NOT FILTHY RICH!!) but a legit quick profit they will stay excited and that energy will continue to flow to other new associates!
WOW!! Is it really that simple.....YES, It is! Stay tuned as I'm going to be talking a lot more about this subject in the near future.
Let's go make some money!

How can I be successful in direct sales?
The Basic Five Step System.
1) Prospecting... All the time!
2)Set appointment ...3-5 a day!
3) Present information...A solution to the need!
4) Ask for the business...ABC = Always Be Closing?
5) Follow up...Possibly 8 or more touches to get a Yes!
Do this consistently and persistently. Sometime it seems mundane but it has to be done daily be it online or off!

What is a perfect 10?
This is a system I have picked up on the past few months that makes complete since and YES it works!
4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = the perfect 10!
So many people make prospecting a complicated process which I feel is the number one reason they quit or give up on building a large business online and off.
Here is a quick formula that can fit into any business system but...You must be diligent with it!
4- Four hours of prospecting every day!
3 - Make three appointments with live bodies everyday!
2 - Present your information twice a day!
1 - Makes one sale a day
"One sale? Are you kidding me? I need to make several sales a day or week!" GREAT - How many days go by that you don't make at least one sale or sponsor one person? One sale or sign up is always better than the next step down! Does that make since?
Now here is the best part! There is no complicated discussion needed for the mechanics of this system...Just be honest with yourself.
4) Did you really set aside prospecting time each day this past week? Did you talk to, on the phone or face to face, a real person? (Online counts if it is real time back and forth question and answers...not just spam information hoping they read it and go to sales site.)
3) Did you (depending on your business) set three appointments or get 3 commitments a day that they would go to your conference call, webinar, capture page every day?
2) Did you present your information to at least two interested live bodies each day? (When there is nobody to tell our story too there are no sales recorded.)
1) Did that on average represent one sale or sign up to your business!
Four easy steps to more sales but nothing happens unless you do what? That's right! Take Action!

How do we get motivated?
Re-posted from Chuck Bartok and The ABC's of Motivation found on Face Book / focus Society mastermind.
Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting failing grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the ‘push’ to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments. It may be a bitter experience, a friend’s tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves.
With the countless "negativities" the world brings about, how do we keep motivated?
Try these tips from A to Z…
A - Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
B - Believe in your self, and in what you can do.
C – Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.
D – Don’t give up and don’t give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.
E – Enjoy. Work as if you don’t need money. Dance as if nobody’s watching. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you’ll live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.
F – Family and Friends – are life’s greatest ‘F’ treasures. Don’t loose sight of them.
G – Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self improvement take place at work? At home? At school? When you exert extra effort in doing things.
H – Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.
I – Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don’t let other people to get the best of you. Stay out of toxic people – the kind of friends who hates to hear about your success.
J – Just be yourself. The key to success is to be yourself. And the key to failure is to try to please everyone.
K – keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. When a person is motivated, eventually he sees a harsh life finally clearing out, paving the way to self improvement.
L – Learn to love your self. Now isn’t that easy?
M – Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work clothes.
N – Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.
O – Open your eyes. People should learn the horse attitude and horse sense. They see things in 2 ways – how they want things to be, and how they should be.
P – Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.
Q – Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate – are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?
R – Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn’t raining when Noah build the ark.
S – Stop procrastinating.
T – Take control of your life. Discipline or self control jives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.
U – Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.
V – Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.
W – Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.
X – X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on “extras” on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.
Y – You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because you’re just going to spend it once.
Z – Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!
